The Plaza Theatre and its 350 seats are available for a wide variety of public and private functions. Some of these might include:

  • Film Festivals                                                                                                          
  • Birthday Parties / Special Private Screenings.
  • Fund-Raiser Films / Non-Profit Events
  • Screening of your own independent film 
  • Daytime Company Or Corporate Meetings / Seminars / AGM’s,  etc.        
  • Private showings of our current features during times outside of our regular hours of operation

We have the capabilities of projecting 35mm (platter or archive reel to reel) / 16mm / BetaSP / Digi-Beta / Blue-Ray & Standard DVDs, as well as  the ability to hook up laptop computers to compliment your presentation.  Our Digital projector is top-of-the-line. We are flexible with catering, while our concession is available for all events.

We strive to offer good prices and can be flexible to whatever your needs might be. Rates are varied depending on the time, date and length of the rental request. Obviously the best rates are likely to occur at times that would not interfere with our regular shows.
